Spotlight_Series_ambrosiaGet ready for veteran SoCal-based soft rockers Ambrosia to take you on a nostalgic journey through time when they kick off Levitt Pavilion Pasadena’s 2016 season this Sunday (6/26)! This performance will be the group’s fifth performance on a Levitt stage, closely following their performance at Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks earlier this month.

The group’s characteristic smooth rock ballads replete with tight harmonies will be sure to have audiences swaying in no time.

In a 2011, the group was featured on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, when the host held a “Yacht Rock 2k11”-themed show—celebrating the renaissance of the soft rock sound popularized in the 70s and 80s. Fallon’s theme reflected a cultural phenomenon sparked by a 2005 Channel 101 series entitled Yacht Rock and propelled by hipster culture. Check out the video below!

Don’t miss your chance to experience this smooth rock sensation for free at Levitt Pavilion Pasadena this Sunday at 7:00pm!
